• Original alloy foot ,ivory handles all spining freely
• as you can see the internals are pristine stamped AHW
• XI is scribed on spool and cage thefore the original matching components

• The brake lever is exactly the same as in illustation 528 however the spool is exactly like illustration526

• Fantastic rare super silex 3.1/2" with original box and brochure/ leaflet
• the box and brochure are in poor condition although the printing on the brouchure is clear ,clean and legible
• The reel is in excellent condition ,with no defects ,the ribbed brass foot is perfect as is the ivorine trigger handle
• The spool spins freely on its jewel bearing and the casting adjustment rotates freely
• This reel dates from  1928
• This is the actual reel in GRAHAM TURNERS BOOK page 199 lowest right illustration
